OUTSCALE The French State is embracing digital transformation, aware of the need to improve its services and bring them into line with the new way of living and interacting of its fellow citizens. Digital technology is transforming public services GovTech brings together all the companies that work with the public sector and helps them to offer services that are ever more relevant, simple to use and adapted to new uses. On the France Numérique platform , each public actor can now find in a few clicks the service provider capable of helping them transform.
And all sectors are concerned: transport, health, security, e-government, civic and citizen engagement… Result: applications and new services are multiplying. The impots.gouv.fr site alone reflects the positive effect of this transformation on the lives of taxpayers. Everyone can now easily communicate with an agent, but also follow their file or access their history 24 hours a day. For their part, civil servants obtain traceability of their exchanges with the taxpayer to provide them with the most relevant answers possible. Whereas until now everything happened vertically, from top to bottom, information now flows in both directions. Intelligently used, this data makes it possible to place the public sector in a dynamic of continuous improvement.
